Unlike the rest

Thus placing it so

Amongst the best



Within the home

Of it’s creator

Nothing else

Is proven greater



For in it’s arms

Gently caressed

Holds the wonder

Of love at best



Specially detailed

Honed to perfection

Within it’s clasp

The mark of affection



Upon it’s entry

This parasite

An instant bond

Formed by night



Coats of calcium

Love is this

For a broken fragment

All is bliss



Accepted as is

Loved so true

Is what I want

To do for you



All else see you

A parasitic bit

But within my heart

I lovingly commit



You aren’t a germ

You aren’t a strain

And if anything

You are a gain



For in my ribs

Like a shell

Holds a lonesome

Oyster hell



My purpose to love

And create a beauty

Using my heart

To coat as duty



Each new layer

A loving caress

All for your life

To better progress



I do this for you

For what I see

Is a beautiful person

Waiting to be



I don’t want full circle

Of any self-pride

In an accomplishment

Of self-filling guide



I do this in love

And purely just that
