poem_232_Beating_Pain

With every word

I read him type

I feel my heart's beat

Blow another swipe

Sweeping through my body

Cascading down deep

Creating a larger hole

For my tears to seep

All of a sudden

Each heart beat is felt

Pulsating the pain

A corresponding tear dealt

The world becomes heavy

My body feels sick

I am once cold then hot

As the air becomes thick

It's filled with anxiety

Like this very moment I might

Pass out from the hurt

Or my intensifying fright

My hearing is deafened

My mouth becomes dry

My site is blurred

And my body can't reply

No information has been

Revealed

Yet in that antagonizing wait

I lose my whole shield
