poem_117_9/11

I was sitting down in class

There was a gloom dim to the day

The moment which did pass

Set the whole world in dismay

Shot down yet again

The Twin Towers are no more

Then started the pain

Of people as hearts tore

Families ripped apart

Workers slaughtered from human hate

The pains from on going hearts

As loved ones met their fate

9/11 was a genocide that took place

Innocent blood lined the road

Innocent people no longer with a face

And tears forever flowed
