The moon shines from a distance,In the sky

Sending rays of golden light,Down upon

The broken country town,Where dogs howl

And,midnight lingers on for eternity

If only they all could see..

The night too young,to hide the truth

From the world,The parties of endless pain

Evolve in the acid rain,Looking for love

Comfort,The feeling of joy within her bitter heart

Spiked collar,Blackened eyes,Just for start..

The pond's ripples of water,Seem to stretch

From here to there,the body of the dead girl

Floats amoung the top linage,Fish nibbling her flesh

The night's not too young,to explain what happened

To the bitter broken soul,who took it all in one bad thought..
