It doesn't matter the hours apart

because you are worth the waiting

The skies could all turn to a darker shade of gray

I will still be holding on for a brighter day

I just hold onto these hopes, you see

Every day I long to look into your eyes, so deep and loving

The memories of the time we spent together calm me
