Hands shaking,

trembling with fright

I try to calm myself down

i try with all of my might

but nothing ever works

i always go into panic mode

My breathing starts to get heavy

and my heart starts beating way too fast

I feel like i am about to collapse

As i stand up i notice every bone feels weak

i just fall to the ground,

i try to say a word but i cannot speak

i just stutter,

and mutter  

all of my words...

not letting my voice be heard

this is how i get when i am up in front of people

I lose all control...++
