Surrender my soul,

and shed my skin

get rid of all i am within

hide the light

for i can only live in the night

the darkness,

it is my only true shade

its my only facade

when the light comes i fade

and everything dies

from all i have made

the sun;

it blurs my eyes

the sun burns me inside

i run far away to hide

i need to surrender my soul,

and shed my skin,

all i am within...
