Balanced upon slippery precipices, a soiled memoir,
A single dreamer paused.
Listening to once whispered echos of breathing,
An endlessly lost cause.
Shivering white fingertips trail across frosted,
Crimson splashed lips.
Recording a hazy black and white unfocused frame,
Desires newest clips.
Murky waters tremble as infernos consume circuitry,
Everything ever known.
Wilting from the flames of passion awakening,
Nourished and grown.
Reuniting blissful images with a sorrow drenched mind,
Tearing into the past.
Catapulting lies into deep wells already filled in,
Souls meant to last.
Metallic shudders, hidden barriers quake,
Expose unnatural crime.
Gore illuminated broken glass a faint sketch,
Crater impacted time.
Rain chasing away the smell of flowing iron,
Gory red rivers.
Slowing thought to a numbing, single thought,
Memory drenched flood.
