I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place

With no leeway in sight

I try and I try and I try and I try

I push with all my might

Yet still, it seems its not enough

No matter how hard I push

I speak up to tell them how I feel

Yet I am only shushed

Everyone has an opinion, true,

But maybe mine doesnt matter.

I seek to choose the good over the bad,

Yet I seem stuck choosing the latter.

But how can I give anything more?

How can I make them see?

How can I make them notice my efforts?

How can I  make them notice me?
