Crossroads

Spiritual It’s a fact:
None of us are good enough
Nor will we ever be.
We all succumb to sin,
Impure thoughts,
Ungratefulness,
Hostility.
We will all find ourselves
At the crossroads
Where we decide to
Keep going down the wrong road
Or turn back.
The only difference is
Some of us accept our insufficiencies
And allow God’s endless grace
To cause us to change.
Because I know
When everything falls apart
And doesn't satisfy us,
He'll still be there waiting
For us to return to Him.
