I don't like to drive

I was nervous, probably very nervous, and that is why I crashed with that car. My now girlfriend, whom I have seen just two times was scared two, after all, it was the first time I picked her up from her house. As she looked for my insurance papers I went outside to see the person whose car I crashed. A person came out of the car, as I looked at her I notice that he had a bump in his stomach, then I realized she was pregnant. I just hit the car of a pregnant lady, what if she loses the baby, it will all be my fault. I came back to my car to see if my date had already find my insurance papers, she did not. I though of all the possible places they could be and I realized, they were at home. So I called my parents… and after 30 min they were there, telling my date embarrassing things but saving my butt. After two hours the insurance people came and everything was fixed. The pregnant lady was nicer than I though she will be, she invited us to her mother`s house and offered us some cookies. I asked for the lady`s number to check if the baby was going okay, after all, it was the only think that worried me. I called her once every two months, and everything was going perfect. She was going to have a girl which she will name after her.  Months passed by and she did not answer my calls. I started to panic, maybe the baby had died… And it was all my fault. This thought consumed me, I spent most of my time thinking I could have been the one that killed an innocent creature. I did not eat, nor I enjoy anything, this dead baby was all I could think of. After one year I decided to call her again. She answered this time, telling me how awesome and good looking her baby was. She invited me to her house to meet her child, I agreed. I got there and knock the door. A man opened it and asked me what I wanted. I told him I was there to see the baby of the woman whose car I hit. He started crying as he told me the story about how her pregnant wife had a car accident month ago and died, losing her life and the baby. I never drove again…
