eyes lock

then we pass

but there

is time to kill

inevitably we meet

talk about

the efficacy

of local transit systems

indeed,

an auspicious start

hardly one

to inspire romance

hardly one

of the great introductions

guess that’s why

life is so full

of surprises

in all these things
