Have you ever thought if we did decide to be together
how much the world could have changed.
Have you thought what if we did not decide to stay friends
but fell in love instead.
I still think about you even then we just friends.
Have you thought if we went the other direction
instead of going towards friendship.
Have you ever thought what it might have been
like to look into each other’s eyes
as we fell in love more.
How it could have felt when I held you close
as we let the feeling get stronger.
I have thought about this when I am having trouble sleeping.
Even though we decide to be friends sometime,
I have thought what it would take to bring that spark back.
Have you ever thought if we decide to go through the relationship
what could have come out of it.
Have you ever thought what could have happen.
I know we are better off as friends
but don’t you think about it when nobody is around.
What could have happen it might end up destroying us
or it could be the greatest love in the world.
It is better as a mystery.
Have you thought what could have happen
but I think it might better if we knew find out.
It will always add that spark when I want to.
Have you thought of that night we meet and how it felt.
We could return that moment one night.
It is better this way
because I could make you smile without trying.
