Enjoying a brew
and watching two young girls

with no sticks;
just inventing their own game.
I’m trying to figure out
the rules to their game
but thinking Paul Newman
is now obsolete.
I have no idea
the rules of their game
or what’s going on
but I sip my beer slowly
with complete certainty
I’m watching the game
