with the Andes Mountains 

in the backdrop.

Checking out wild graffiti

in La Candelaria

and sipping beer at London Calling

in Zona Rosa.

Chowing down arepa and ajiaco

in hearty eateries.

The people are surprisingly friendly

and eventually

you get used to the crazy pulse

and the colorful buildings.

Unlike the Dave Matthews Band

Bogota really does rock.
