Leaves, Fog, and Devistation

Folder:
Completed Poems

blood Leaves

born of arborous veins

blanket my Mother

burying Her

beneath Their brittle drops

death Fog

dawned from mornings dreary

dresses my Mother

disguising Her

deep within Its suffocating grasp

punctual Devastation

performing Its common duty

pulverizes my Mother

pursuing Her

past fall and into winter
