Evening of Truth

Fallen to the ground,
You find me a red entity,
With a self image distorted.

Where have you come from,
Oh pure light of hope,
May that I think you've come to save me,
From the darkness that is my own.

In the tunnel of darkness,
Blindly I run,
Until you lead me out.

So pure, so innocent,
Coming to me as an essence of life,
Full, complete, solid,
You've made me whole.

Let ourselves soak in the light,
Falling from the sky,
Into the eternal dive.

Holding onto one another,
We go through this life together,
Making it possible to grasp reality,
Stern and true, unbreakable we've become.

Without you, I can break,
And with you, I can do great things,
Radiant love of yours, I share mine with you.

Until the day we die,
We will grasp our hands together,
Shed our tears of pure blue sapphires,
Our darkness is our light.

Even after death, our love is eternal.
After we've gone, we'll still be together.
Let it be the darkness, where our love will be endless.

Author's Notes/Comments:

Can't believe how many love poems I've made. xD
Old poetry.
