A few times this week
Wishing to be by your side
Hoping to tuck your head under mine
To hold your hand once more
And feel your soft lips on my own
To look into your beautiful blue eyes again
And to hug your body close to me
My shadow is the only one to company me
In the depth of my heart
It holds my hand
And only when the light is gone
Is it truely there
I've cried until my eyes are sore
And that they ache
And my heart leaks it's love
The one that i was reluctant to love
Will be here today
And gone tomorrow
Because now i do love him..
He'll be gone
This is what i was afraid of
My heart to be broken
