Love is my concoction,

my elixir and stimulant.

It is a drug,

one that we all get addicted to.

For some it brings great joy,

but more often than not,

has us suffer from withdrawl.

Yet even when we believe to have

finally escaped its darkness,

when we let out a sigh of relief,

it is then that it returns

and throw us back 

to the dark ages.

Fear not...

For we are only mortal in the end,

always destined to fall again and again.

However, what we fail to realize

is that no matter how many times

nor how hard we fall,

those who choose 

to get back up,

those who refuse to 

have their heart torn to bits for nothing

will come back stronger

and greater than they ever where.

At that moment,

it will be love 

that falls for you.
