Its been twenty years since you've been gone.
But the memory of you still lingers on.
I miss you so, my dear sweet dad.
And every day I'm still so sad.
A placid man, and learned too.
I no that I take after you.
You made me smile when I was blue.
You'd say " Come on chuck, dad loves you too".
You left to early and gave me not a chance.
To say how much I love you, from that special first glance.
