I can't begin to understand

So don't begin to ask me why



Our love was broken

A long time ago

Since that time

Love has failed to show



That was then

This is now

I want to tell you something

But I'm not sure how

I want you to know

That all hope it lost



I don't know what you'll say

I don't even know if you'll care



But I doubt that you do

How long I've felt this way

Oh, how I wish you knew

Its been a while my friend

But you do nothing except drive me round the bend



I couldn't tell you then

And i can't tell you now

You wouldn't listen then

And your not here now



Let it be said

i wish you were dead

For that way no one would suffer
