I can't call heaven,

but if I could I'd make sure to memorize the number right away.

I can't talk to angels,

but if I could I make sure to tell them that I'll see you there someday.

Don't give up on me while I'm walking on this Earth.

I don't know for sure, but I'm just beginning to see my worth.

I can't walk through heaven,

but one of these days I'll cross that bridge and meet you at the gate.

I can't stand in heaven,

but here right now I'm on my knees talking to God, and He says just wait.
