The criminal is stoned as a result,

 

Rocks will be thrown

again and again

 

Until the heretic is dead

 

To defy the holy law

is to die.

Don't forget about that thing called CIA water boarding. Different cultures have different methods of execution. 

No culture is more brutal than another. A culture must be understood within its own context and not through petty 1 sided morality.
