Come into the Light

Come into the light,

so I can see your face,

your memory remains

but it is not real,

You follow me around like

my own shadow, I need to

know who you are, so I

can kill you,

Trying to remember is hard,

it seems like a dream,

nothing is what it seems,

are you me?

or am I you?

what is your name?

why do you torment my mind?

come into the light,

so I can see your face

Don't be afraid,

you are already dead,

all I need is your body

to confirm what I already

know,

to ease the tension,

forever to unwind

the confusion,

to be at one with

myself, to know who

I really am, I must be

you to be me, destroy

what I created to create

what I destroyed, cancel

out the contradiction that

keeps me and you from

being together.

What I am must end,

come into the light,

so I can see your face,

take this blade and stab

me in the heart, and bury

me where I buried you, together

we are both nothing.
