i had the best thing ever

and i just let it go

but wrapped in my selfish desires

i was afraid to let it show.

on the inside i was scared to death

and i gripped tightly to my fears

but on the surface i jumped to conclutions

so my life filled up and ended in tears.

i was in love

you said you were too

but i went and crushed my future

you might be over me

but im not over you
