COLORS

I have seen the true hues of rainbows...beauty. I see characteristics both dark and bright. Some instruct that such is nought but perceptive view. Retina's only fragments recognize true. Yet, through five senses I can state I believe. Tis not in blended tints nor frabrics measured. Beyond, even naked stratum corneum treasures. I know. I have beheld such a word. And not in outcome sleep or products skewed by persuasive hands. No. In dark and bright, in dimmed and luminous, dull and alight. Through veins exposed and weakness shown. I have seen. By smiles in struggle and hands stretched out in danger. I have proof. Through moments damned and exhaustions complete. In worlds small and cosmos vast. I have seen the very wavelengths of specs afloat...so far. As troubled my center to wonder authenticity. Still. I rest. Knowing I...have seen the true hues of nature's tune. Beauty...dark and bright.

Author's Notes/Comments:

This peice explains my view of what beauty is.  And what it is not.  Hopefully, readers will see it through my words.
