A QUATRAIN INSPIRED BY A VERSE FROM A WELL KNOWN URDU POET

Every shrub in the garden knows about my withering condition
Ah, if only the gardener knew about it, how different and blooming I would be!
Every nightingale that sings its songs and hymns also tells the owls:
"Here is a rare bud which is still uncared for by the caretaker of this poor tree!

The quatrain is an inspirational translation -- which I have attempted quite a few times before -- in my GHAZALS folder. It is a verse taken from the 18th century ghazal poet Meer Taqi Meer, who belongs to India.
