Serenade my soul

In the early morning light

A stillness a quiet a warmth inside

You sing your song to awaken the Mother

A beautiful sonnet of sweetness and sugar







I hear in my spirit,and the love that it feels

For the beauty of song birds and nature is real

I sometimes sit there and cry as you whisper your tune to me

For life that is gone and life to be





You make me see,what The Creator has given to me

For the infinite beauty of you,and your song in a tree

Goldfinch and Cardinal and Chickadees too

All in a chorus of wonder and harmony too

For there is nothing more sacred then the sounds of the forest

Where all of the animals dwell and my soul is free





So keep on singing and surround me my friends

For the time will come when all the world will stop

And see the love and gracious divine love of The Creator's art
