here i go ,

my path taking a new direction,

not knowing exactly where i'm going,

but just hoping to get there,

the coast is cleared,

the smoke has settled and i'm on my way,

but i can't yet forget the person or the name,

just trying to live day by day,

trying to get rid of all the demons in my dreams,

dreaming the same dream,

closing doors which need to be closed,

but leaving a crack in the window to let some air in,

making room for change, cause i've changed,

and so has the situation,

this intuition that i have,

these memories which seem to drag on and on,

a perfect circle of nothingness,

nothingness that won't pass on,

like a song stuck on repeat,

the same chords, the same words, the same names,

the same old games,

a familiar face that vanished without a trace,

i feel like a book that can't be read,

but i'm still adding new chapters to this story,

i  just wish that a few chapters could be rewritten,

if  you know what i mean.....
