Stuck Ideas

The struggle that it can take
To get the idea in my mind
Onto paper without mistake
As something that is defined

The idea just squirming and twitching
Not even fully formed
Still the seams need so much stitching
Before this thought can be transformed

It is such a muddy muck
The only one who knows about it is me
All this time it has been stuck
It really can’t be seen

Only seen crumpled and stretched
Only seen through fogged up glass
To understand is quite farfetched
It can be seen less than a gas

So I don’t try to understand
I just put it away for later
If you know, that would be grand
If I do, that would be greater

Author's Notes/Comments:

I dont even know if an idea is an idea if it's not whole but whatever...
