You are an angel sent from above

the only problem is now i'm in love

sometimes i wish it'd be easy for you to leave

but without you is something i cannot perceive

as I watched you sleep motionless

I could not help but smile and give you a kiss

I did not mean to wake you from your dream

but you rolled over and I pulled the cover by the seam

I pulled it up over our heads

to almost shield us from the world of the deads

the everyday person is not good enough for you

which is why when I leave you, all my feelings will turn blue

if only this moment could last forever

if I could make time freeze...I wish, but never

instead I will spend my last moments right here

holding you close our bodies so near.
