It comes and goes

And all it knows

Is all that I need to know

And when it goes

I go and seek

The knowledge that it bears

And while I seek

I go to sleep

For in my dreams

I sing to keep

This joy in my heart

For all I know

Is what it knows

And that’s all that I care to know
