You're alone in the crowd

Wishing that someone else could also stand out

Your standards like no one else

Come take my hand, I'll lead you to promise



Press on, never give up

Even though you feel alone

Please do not let go

And when you feel like you're standing alone tonight

I'll be there for you, I'll walk with you side by side



I'll be your strength your shelter

I'll speak words of hope into your life

I know you're crying inside

You do not enjoy this current life

The one you live causes you to crumble into pieces

And you're always wishing that there could be someone else just like you

out there ready to stand with you outside the crowd

Ready to jump and shout, come on let's live this life

Let's live this life to it's fullest



I'll hug you when people surround and mock you

I'll let you know that we are in this together

And that I'll suffer along with you

Because to me you mean so much

One life I want changed, one life I want God's hand to touch
