It no longer matters what you say

Cuz I am ready for a world

Ready for people to make fun of me



I'm ready to be turned away from my fellow human beings

Ready for a world of chaos

Just ready to stand my ground

Don't you dare step into my territory

Cuz Christ is beginning to define me more each day

and I am ready to put up a fight

And never give up, ready to shine his light

Not ready to give into the cowards of the world

The ones who think they can overpower me

But they can only destroy my body

I am not immortal, I keep on living

I will live in paradise for eternity



Not ready to accept what you have to say

Cuz I know what God's word says

I am knowing him intimately more each day

and I am not about to live my life

For the worthless things of this world



I don't care what you people say

I'll stand my ground, I'll walk away

You will not be prepared, cuz wisdom will laugh

and the only way for you to have change

is to turn to God and pray

Accept him into your life

Not living life any other way



You can gossip, you can block me out of your life

But this is just the world, and it will be torched one day

And all the days I spent worrying will be gone

All the things I used to worry on I will realize was worthless

And what you say and do will not matter in eternity

cuz God know's my heart, he knows me

He knows me so well, and knows what my heart desires

And he will not let me fall, he will pick my back up

So I am not worried what so ever about your petty words

Cuz this world is only temporary

and in eternity I will no longer worry

I will say good-bye to the place I once called home

And up into heaven in Christ's arms I will go

I'll see his nail peirced hands, and tears of joy will stream down my face

and as I think about meeting my saviour

I begin to see his smile and saying well done my faithful servant

I see myself falling in love more each and everyday

So someone who love's me so deeply
