I heard you were feeling down today

So I began to pray, that God

Would make the tears fade away



I asked that he would reveal how special you are

I just asked him to open your eyes

So you could see what you're worth

To have you realize the significance you have

Even when it doesn't even feel like it at all



And I asked that when your burdens feel heavy

That he would comfort you

Showing you that you are never alone

And that you always have somewhere to go

Where love will always be

Even when it doesn't feel like anybody

Anybody at all loves you for who you are



I cried at the thought of you crying

I cried cuz I just know

what it feels like when there is no one to hug

And when there is virtually no one around



Thoughts are gripping your life

and stress seems to take the lead

But just to let you know

You can always come to me



I couldn't handle knowing you're in this struggle

with no where to go,

and that no one else understand's or is around

I feel your pain,

because at one point in my life

I felt like there was nothing left to gain

But I just have to let you know

I'm asking God everyday

for somehow you come my way

I just have a deep sense to encourage you

And it's just who I am

Because I can totally understand

Cuz one time in my life I was a wreck
