I'm always in wonder about heaven

I'm constantly wondering

what it would be like

if I were to just leave this life

and be able to be up in that sky

I honestly don't think I would mind



I would love to know what it's like

what it's like to have a family

what it's like to have an amazing wife

What it's like to hold my son or daughter

what it would be like to hear laughter

of the first girl to fall in love with me

I don't know if these are going to be true dreams

But all I can do is keep on wishing



Somedays it's just too tough

Somedays it's so hard

I can barely stay strong

Don't really know how this life's gonna turn up

But thats when I begin to look up

And begin a prayer to the one up above
