Darkness had enveloped me, lost in the abyss

I had the mindset that nothing better exists

The end was near, I was ready to end my life

But then you came along, and ended my stife



Two months ago I knew nothing of you at all

Now despite my depression you manage to enthral

Time passed since we first met in a crowded room

And since then our relationship continues to bloom



As I grew to know you I realized your wonder

That your pressence could mend a heart torn assunder

We became good friends, I tell you everything

The joy you instill can even bring me to sing



Halloween; a day you could become another person

Throughout the day my willpower began to worsen

After our classes, you gave me my first kiss

And ever since then, I've been in a state of bliss



The night always brings with it a certain aura

I wanted a second of happiness; you gave a plethora

We sat on the sidewalk, in a moment frozen in time

A simple question was asked, and now you are mine
