What else is there for me to do?

If I am left here away from you

Even if someone else takes your place

I'll always be here seeing your face



The pain I've caused will never fade

I cannot lose you; of this I'm afraid

A broken heart, an empty soul I possess

Only you can help me out of this distress



I hope that you'll find me in your heart

When you are lonely and we're still apart

In time I hope that you will begin to heal

At that time I may again be able to feel



Desperation sets in; I'll do anything now

To hear you say our relationship you'll allow

I find myself in tears every day when I think

You saved my life and I allowed you to sink



I see you're already beginning to move on

And I can't accept the fact that you're gone

Maybe our love wasn't strong enough to survive

Now for a way out I continuously strive



Help me, my life feels like it's coming to its end

On my journey to hell I am beginning to descend

This world is a cold place, I cannot live here alone

Now that I am devoid of the love that you have shown



You have always wanted more, this I can tell

I suspect this is why you bid me farewell

Without me holding you back I hope you find someone

Who will love you forever and make my wounds undone
