New Chefs Are ALWAYS Bad For The Food

I saw the corner bank change names faster than some of my uncles do,

All in the name of the *Newer*, *Better*, and *More Convenient* life,

But like my friend's grandma learned by dying her hair too much,

Nothing gets newer,

And it's never better or more convenient, it's just another way of doing the same things,

Old flaws are replaced by new flaws,

The old furniture with new less confortable ones,

And the people...ugh... my corner chinese food restuarant got a new chef,

He uses all the mixed broccoli instead of only the good peices,

So they save money while giving the customer what they want,

But I don't want stale broccoli in my chicken Lo Mein.
