Dark Grey Eyes

Dark glazed eyes,
A heart full of lies.
She stares out the window,
longing not to be a widow.

Grey eyes with long blonde hair,
The heart full of lies, hides in a monster's lair.
Time ticking, tick tock, tick tock,
Her time is running out, almost gone, her clock.

But maybe the power of love could quickly save her,
If not before the darkness uses its lure.
If so, the world will fall to a dark dismay,
The child of love, in the sea shall lay.

Winged horses fly for the sea daughter's cry,
Disguise disappears when the Queen stands by.
Friends and Foes confused as one,
This time love cannot help to be undone.

The dark grey eyes stand alone,
With her glazed eyes, the last dice, is thrown.

Author's Notes/Comments:

I know this poem may not have made sense to a lot of people, but really, it's about Gods/ Goddesses. I'm writing a story, and this poem is part of it. I liked how this poem turned out, and though it may not make much sense, it really speaks to me. Sorry guys.
