Last Call

Last call for a downfall

The darkness approaches and kidnaps the sun

I struggle to crawl when I wish to stand tall

Our relationship was over before there was even a day "one"

Last chance for your sweet romance

I must have gone blind when you showed me the way

I was caught in a trance when I stole a quick glance

You were somebody else then...a lover who was planning to stay

Last ride for my suicide

Come aboard and invite all your friends

I lost my pride when my shattered soul died

The new beginning will arrive after this tragedy ends

Last prayer to end this nightmare

"I love you too" were the final four words I heard from your trembling voice

Life's not fair, why should I care?

I made all the right decisions but selfishly the wrong choice

Last turn for my heart to burn

I gently weep as your satanic sting pierces my scarred and bruised skin

It's none of your concern, I'll never even learn

I can try all I like but I'll never truly win

Last time I can call you mine

Tomorrow you will backstab me with your conniving knife

It depression's a crime, I'm in my prime

When the sun appears over the horizon, you will merely be another chastised chapter in the book of my life

Last cry before I die

Just for one more kiss, my own life I would give

Looking up to a black and gray sky, left alone to wonder "what if" and "why"

I can't think of a logical reason on why I should still live

Last call until nightfall

The devil approaches and deprives me of my sight

Running into every brick wall, feeling nothing at all

I stare at the midnight moon and gently whisper "goodnight"
