They say they care

But actions speak differently

It’s hard to know

What’s true or false

Who’s real or fake

Who to trust or who not to

So I’ve given up

I’m no longer the advice chic

I no longer care

I can no longer fix it all

I can no longer handle it all

None of u ever notice

That I'm slipping

My mind falters

My eyez are guarded

My heart closed

My soul locked away in the shadows

Torment me no longer

Let me rest

My grip is failing

And if I don’t hang on
