Fearing Not The Night

Folder:
2001

I love the night

The darkness all around

Blanketing my sight

Heightening every sound

The stars radiant above

Cricket chirping below

Their nightly symphony of love

In the gleam the stars

In the cold dark night

I am so very warm

All things around I do not fight

Even the smallest in form

I am comforted here

In this lonely place

I have not a fear

Where things have not a face

Join me in my solitude

Be not scared, for I am here

Come, not with me should you feud

Let it all go in the night, every fear

Trust me, let everything go

You shall not be hurt here

All emotions should leave you so

In this place you’ll have not a fear
