Why does he still try to have me?
It’s as if he wants the best of both worlds while I am in misery
What’s a girl to do?
How can I tell the man I love no?
I want him like no other but he has his other one
I want to get away but the situation keeps me
My reaction to him isn’t what I truly feel
It is just what I feel is right
What’s a girl to do?
In my heart he is still with me
But in my eyes he is gone
Doing “Davidly” things
I can’t see it differently
That’s just the way it is
