Better to not have faith

Better to try with failure in mind
And succeed later
Than to anticipate success and meet demise
Not pessimistic
Just realistic
To my own self.
Others may see me as a drag
But i just know the weight I can pull
Expect the worst
Because it's better to surprise myself when I reach high
Than to let myself down.
