Melatonin sleep



Let me fall into the deep



Relax my muscles relax my mind



Solace I want to find



Bottled up pressures of these times



Unwind close my eyes



Wave consciousness goodbye



Nap thru these ties



Slumber thru these holds



Rest through some heartaches



That's tuggin on my soul



The loving feels like a cold



Winter with a draft



Coming through the window



This aftermath comes in



and enter



Regretful paths I remember



December won't budge



So wake me when the apple drops



I'm my mother's son



So the apple didn't drop far from the tree



We just want to laugh and be free



From all the stress



Melatonin allows me to flee



Just restore me, with demons I wrestle



Replenish my emptiness



Renew this rapid eye vessel



With the sandman sometimes I tussle



But tonight you can win



So lord it's become beyond me



My struggles within



Mel is my friend



Into my pillow descend



Arms of sleep please extend



Hug me through the morning



Into an invigorated yawning



I wish it was a fast forward button



On this mourning...



Just hope something new is dawning



A rebellion dwells in me



while i'm waiting we just Gel
