So many years ago we were happy

we never had one little fight

so many years ago we were so in love

we couldn't ever be apart

so many years ago we had the heart

we were always together 

so many years ago we had said forever

so many years ago we didn't care

we didn't care what people say

so many years ago people would just stare

at that time we did not have a care

so many years ago we couldn't control it

we did whatever to make us fit

so many years ago we were everything

I did everythig to make you smile

so many years ago just seems like a mile

it never felt like we were a trial

so many years ago we never got mad at one another

we always seems to laugh

so many years ago we never made each other cry

now all i wonder to myself is what happened?
