     GETTING NOWHERE FAST

This is not fair.  I'm should be in the air, but I'm sitting on the ground.

    Should have been vacation bound.

In some airport terminal, I'm lost and will never be found.

    All this time has past.

   I'm getting nowhere fast.

It's a major delay.  A lot of time to stay.  All this money I did pay.   There needs to be a better way.  What can I say?

All this time off the plane.  It's really a pain.  It's driving me insane.

I should have taken the train.

All this time off the plane.  I really must complain.

Ruined is my vacation.  I want some compensation,

I'll soon be back to the grind.  I'm really in a bind.  Another airline I'll need to find.

      I'm getting nowhere fast

I've been to so many different places.  Never have seen any smiling faces.

Been so far, that I need to ask somebody, right now, where we are?

I'm just a man, trying to get away from home.  I feel all alone.

I just want people to see.  Can anybody help me?

      I'm getting nowhere fast

On TV, see it's funny.  It's true, it's not when it happens to you,

It's worse than a nightmare, not a dream

And it makes me, see, want to scream.

All these people jammed into to this cattle car.

And, nobody's really going too far.
