LOUVERE'S POEMS

              You miss the morning sun.

              Do you have any fun.

You never get to play.  You never get to welcome a new day.

You never get to gaze at the moon or the stars.  They, from you, it's true, are so far.

You never get to admire a sky blue.

It's not what you get to do.

           Dine, walk the line.

            I would'nt make a bet on

the fact, that you may regret.

You only get one chance, one dance.

One time.  Is it going to be fine?

You never get to see the ocean.

You're stuck in all the commotion.

You never get to see the sea.

You never get to explore, all the wonders of the seashore.

              The beach, you're of reach.

All the things it can teach.

             You're in your own life.

You'll, see, never have a family, never be

             a mother or a wife.

All the great things, life has to enjoy.

You never get to meet a nice boy.
