         This state's so great.

         Leaving, grieving's the only thing you'll hate.

         You'll never be alone, you'll never have any fear,

         When you're at home here in Iowa.

         No matter where you roam, you can always come home.

        

    The cities are so pretty.

    

    All the friends, you'll meet.  

    All the friends you'll great.

        You'll never want it to end.



  There's so much to do, you'll never want to be through.

  There's so much fun, you'll never want to be done.

  There's so much to see, it's great for you and me.
